Who I Follow

Today was the first day of conditioning for the swim season and the first longest practice I ever had, about 2 hrs &a half. I’m so used to the 45 minute practice, that it felt so wierd to be in the pool when the sun was going down. Long story short, I did 1900 in the pool— 38 LAPS! Not bad for someone who has been very dehydrated, got a arm cramp that wouldn’t go away (I still tried to swim by remaining 550 like a champ) &hasn’t been swimming/taking swimming seriously. I haven’t had a practice this long & grueling, now it feels like swim team. lol.

Maragret helped me alot today, I did leave w/ improvement but I hope to be faster and better after this swim season. I finally have the motivation and know that I’m capable of being as fast as the taller people.. lol. Let’s hope I don’t lose that motivation when I start swimming near fast people.

My workout? skull kick drill swim swim 500, fast non-free easy free 300, 4x 75 IM, 2x 150 free, 200 cooldown.
